What we collect

• Account info: name, email, password hash.
• Website data: domains, content, GSC/GA4 metrics you connect.
• Usage logs: API calls, AI credit usage, error logs.
• Billing data via Stripe (we never see card numbers).

How we use it

To operate the Service: generate content, track rankings, send notifications, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors required to run the Service (hosting, AI providers, email, payments). We do not sell personal data.

Google API data

When you connect Google Search Console or GA4, we use that data solely to display analytics and improve recommendations in your workspace. We do not share Google user data with third parties and we retain it only while your connection is active. Disconnecting removes stored tokens.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion for backups.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data anytime from Settings, or by emailing support@ranksphere.app.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted via role-based controls and audited.
